It is not permitted to import or export products that contain or are composed of endangered plant or animal species without a special permit.

Examples of endangered animal and plant species (CITES) are
- wolf
- mountain fox
- wolverine
- egg from endangered bird species
- elephant
- leopard
- tiger
- some crocodile and snake species
- some orchids and cacti
